Domestic Shipping Information

Jans.com wants your online shopping experience to be simple and satisfying. We do our best to ship orders the same day if they are placed prior to 1pm Mountain Time. If an order is placed after 1pm Mountain Time, or over a weekend or holiday, the order will ship out the next business day.

What if I have special shipping circumstances or need an order expedited?

Do you ship to FPO/APO addresses?

Yes. If you have an FPO/APO address, just choose the USPS shipping option upon check out.

How do I check the status of my order?

If you have already placed an order on jans.com, you may check the status of your order by clicking here.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns from domestic and APO/FPO addresses. With returns from APO/FPO addresses, customers are responsible for the cost of shipping, customs forms, duties and taxes. International Shipping Information

Jans.com provides international shipping through a trusted third-party company, International Checkout. Our international customers simply need to look for the “International Checkout” option from their Jans.com shopping cart. At that point, the items from your shopping cart will be transferred to International Checkout for final processing. Payments by international credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer are accepted. International Checkout will handle processing, billing, and shipping of your order. In addition, all customer service inquires regarding international orders should be directed to International Checkout at support@internationalcheckout.com.

Which countries do you ship to?

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from jans.com. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world.

How do I check the status of my international order?

To check the status of your order or track your package, please login to your International Checkout account at: https://www.internationalcheckout.com/login.php.

Can I return my international order?

No. All international orders are final. Due to Customs regulations we do not offer returns or exchanges on internationally shipped orders. We apologize for the inconvenience.

International Shipping Restrictions:

In accordance with individual brand policy, the following brands may not be shipped internationally: K2 Skis
